The recently opened Museum Ladin Ursus ladinicus offers visitors a view of the cave bear’s world. The exhibition describes the geological formation of the Dolomites using fossils as well as all aspects of Ursus ladinicus and its habitat, with numerous original exhibits and video installations. A reconstruction of the Conturines cave with an accurate reproduction of the sleeping bear is located in the basement.
