The Institute of Experimental Physics, established in 1925 at the Faculty of Medicine, was housed in several rooms of the Royal Institute of Economics and Business, in Via Trieste in Bari. The history of the collection of instruments of this institution began in October 31, 1928, and it is now housed in the archives of secretarial Institute of Medical Physics Department. After a consultation of the Inventory shows that, while appearing prices of all items, the date of acquisition of most of them, which is presumably earlier than October 31, 1928, is missing.
